Orders and Order Acceptance

Orders that have already shipped cannot be cancelled, and customized products cannot be cancelled once production has started. Shipping, Returns, and Refunds

Product Warranty

Products are covered by a 30-day warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of delivery. This warranty does not cover damage caused by the customer, misuse, alteration, or normal wear and tear. Except as expressly stated, products are provided without additional warranties of any kind.
